Accounts

Stores, drivers, and admins are responsible for accurate registration information and for keeping login credentials secure.

Delivery operations

Roo7 supports order dispatch, status tracking, communication, and analytics. Stores and drivers remain responsible for lawful, safe, and accurate delivery activity.

Payments and settlements

Order amount, delivery fee, and collection details must be entered accurately. Roo7 may show settlement summaries but does not replace accounting or legal advice.

Prohibited use

Users must not misuse the service, provide false information, interfere with dispatch flows, or use Roo7 for unlawful activity.
