By using Roo7 or creating an account as a driver or store, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any later updates presented to you inside the app.
Nature of the Service
Roo7 is a technology platform that helps manage orders, delivery, and communication between parties. Roo7 is not the seller of products, owner of goods, or direct operator of every delivery unless expressly stated in writing.
Store Responsibilities
Stores are responsible for accurate information, prices, products, order quality, product availability, timely preparation, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for accurate information, documents, vehicle condition, safe driving, legal compliance, order care, and professional conduct with stores and customers.
Account and Verification
Roo7 may request additional documents or information and may reject, suspend, restrict, or delete accounts when misuse, violation, or legal risk is suspected.
Orders and Disputes
Roo7 may help document and follow up orders and disputes, but the order parties remain responsible for their own actions, obligations, and service quality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roo7 is not liable for indirect losses, delays, third-party errors, product quality, driver or store conduct, or harm outside its reasonable control.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activities, or share account access with others.
Fees and Payments
Roo7 may introduce fees, commissions, or subscriptions in the future. Such amounts will be shown in the app or official channels before being applied where required.
Updates
Roo7 may update these Terms. If an update is material, you may be required to accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
