Account deletion request
You can request deletion of your Roo7 account at any time. We verify the request first to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion.
How to request deletion
- Send the request from the phone number registered on your Roo7 account, when possible.
- Include your account role: store, driver, or admin.
- Write: I want to delete my Roo7 account.
- If you cannot access the registered phone number, include enough details for support to verify ownership.
Data deleted after approval
- Account profile details such as name, phone, role, store profile, or driver profile.
- Profile image, uploaded account review documents, and device push tokens where deletion is permitted.
- Login and session data connected directly to the deleted account.
Data that may be retained
- Order records, delivery events, payment or collection summaries, and support records may be retained when needed for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, safety, or legal obligations.
- Aggregated analytics that do not directly identify you may remain for product reporting.
- Records required to protect Roo7, stores, drivers, customers, or comply with law may be retained for the necessary period.
Send your request
Most requests are reviewed within 30 days. If your account has active orders, open settlements, or unresolved safety issues, deletion may start after those items are closed.
Do not send passwords, OTP codes, payment card data, or private documents unless support specifically asks for them through an official channel.
